From her earliest days as a Registered Nurse, Lily has worked tirelessly to create exceptional retirement environments for Canadian seniors. As an integral member of the All Seniors Care executive team, Lily draws on more than 20 years of experience managing Kuhl organizations. She is responsible for the combined operations of All Seniors Care Living Centres.

Lily is a past Vice-President of the Ontario Residential Care Association, and until December 2004, was the Chief operating Officer of Retirement Residences Real Estate Investment Trust, Canada’s largest healthcare company, where she was responsible for over 200 retirement facilities.
