Canada – Preparations are underway for the 9th ASC Seniors Games from February 5th – 9th, 2018, when thousands of seniors will enjoy an environment of friendly competition while staying healthy and having fun during the winter months at 29 All Seniors Care Living Centres across Canada.

With Opening Ceremonies less than a month away we are getting ready by enjoying Spirit Week Pep Rallies at all Residences during which the residents and staff will be treated to special afternoons of laughter, memories and wonderful stories of the past 8 ASC seniors Games. All are welcome to join us to for this experience, simply call to register.

This year’s theme is “Laughter is the Best Medicine” and throughout the week we will be telling jokes, watching YouTube videos,  introduce our Chefs du Mission in each building, their Sport Assistant Chefs and showcasing our variety of events to be contested for this year’s Seniors Games:

Indoor Bocce                Wii Golf                   Billiards

Wii Bowling                  Shuffleboard             Archery

Card and Board Games

The participants have been training for The Games during the year and this week will be an opportunity to hone their skills, review rules and in some cases learn new events. Each building has created a special Games video and will host the premier showing this week. We are sure of only one thing this week… there will be loads of laughter all week!
