Today’s competition featured 20 participants playing Euchre and Bridge.  As one resident put it “Walking is for the fitness of the body and cards are for the fitness of the mind”. We recognize the vital importance of both elements in maintaining a healthful lifestyle. 

Well, we have reached the midway point of our Seniors Games and some residents have remarked that our Games should last as long as the Olympics; everyone is so enjoying themselves!  The varied competitions have brought together a new mix of residents, creating a greater sense of camaraderie amongst all.  There is pride in the wearing of

t-shirts given to participants and even more if you have a medal around your neck.

Winter Blahs?????????  Definitely not at Cedarcroft Place!!
