The 2017 All Seniors Care Seniors Games closed across the country today, as Poker, Cribbage, Skip Bo, Trivia and many more Card and Board games were contested at retirement communities across the country. From start to finish, the Games were a resounding success as witnessed when Winnipeg’s River Ridge resident and National Bronze medalist Eva C. was heard exclaiming “I’ve never won a thing in my life – to be at this point and be awarded here and in Nationals is an incredible feeling!” Congratulations to all medalists and participants and a special mention to our nationals medalists:

In Edmonton at Rutherford Heights, new resident Gillian was thrilled when she took home a gold medal in crib and a silver medal in kings in the corner, “who would have thought I would be sitting here today with 2 medals around my neck for games I haven’t played in years! It was great to get to play them again.” While preparing for the 9th Annual ASC Seniors Games.
