For more than five decades, George Kuhl has dedicated his career to creating places where seniors feel supported, respected, and at home. His journey began with a simple belief: that retirement living should be defined by compassion, quality, and community. That belief guided the development of Meadowcroft Retirement Centres, where George’s hands-on leadership and relentless focus on detail laid the groundwork for what would become an extraordinary legacy.

Over the years, George built or acquired more than 280 retirement and long-term care residences, helping shape the landscape of senior living across Canada. His ability to see possibility where others saw challenge—paired with a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare system—allowed him to grow organizations with both stability and heart.

Before founding All Seniors Care Living Centres, George served as co-CEO,  Vice-Chairman and Trustee of Canada’s largest senior accommodation provider, overseeing 26,500 rooms and more than $4.5 billion in assets. Yet despite the scale of his achievements, his leadership philosophy has remained grounded in the same principles he started with: be present, be accountable, and always put residents first.

Today, as CEO & President of All Seniors Care, George continues to lead with vision and purpose, ensuring that every residence reflects the values that have shaped his career: quality, innovation, and a genuine commitment to caring for seniors.

With more than three decades of leadership in independent living, assisted living, home care, and dementia care, Lily Goodman brings a unique combination of operational expertise and heartfelt commitment to her role as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the care and day to day experience of over 4,000 residents and provides support and guidance for 2,500 employees across Canada.

Lily previously served as COO of Retirement Residences REIT, then Canada’s largest retirement living organization with 140 homes and 15,000 residents, as well as COO of Meadowcroft Retirement Homes. Her depth of experience allows her to lead with clarity, empathy, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

A Registered Nurse, Lily has held key governance roles with Baycrest Health Sciences and Sunnybrook Hospital, and she is a graduate of the Rotman Directors Education Program. Families value her steady leadership and her passion for creating supportive, life enhancing environments for older adults.

Kanika Parkash Vohra, a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, brings more than 15 years of leadership to her role as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her tenure with ASC, she has played a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing key processes, and ensuring the organization’s stability and future readiness.

Kanika’s thoughtful, resident focused approach to financial stewardship helps ASC invest meaningfully in its communities—supporting programs, care services, team members, and the ongoing development of warm, modern residences that help seniors thrive.

Michael Kuhl brings extensive experience in planning, designing, and delivering high quality retirement residences. As President of Development, he oversees every stage of ASC’s development process—from site acquisition and architectural design to construction and final opening—ensuring that each community is built with care, accessibility, and resident wellbeing in mind.

For more than 30 years, Joshua Kuhl has dedicated his career to creating retirement living environments where seniors feel supported, safe, and empowered to live well. His leadership is grounded in a handson understanding of care — strengthened even further by his ongoing work as a practicing paramedic in Ontario. This frontline experience gives him a unique, realworld perspective on resident needs, emergency response, and healthcare collaboration.

As Senior Executive Vice-President of Operations at All Seniors Care, Joshua oversees the daily operations of residences across Canada, supporting thousands of residents and employees. His focus is on building strong teams, implementing consistent standards, and ensuring that every community reflects ASC’s commitment to quality and dignity in senior living.

Joshua has contributed to the broader sector as a former Vice-President of Operations for the Ontario Residential Care Association and holds an MBA in Healthcare Management. He also plays an integral role in ASC’s continued growth, helping guide the acquisition and integration of new residences with care, precision, and resident-centered planning.
